This report served as a conceptual rendering of a Waikiki convention center in response to Waikiki people's concerns of a proposal to construct an immense convention center in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii. Sponsored by The Queen Emma Foundation, the concept outlined in this report was offered as a potential alternative, a possible compromise with a different location, different combination of uses, with more for the community, and a different and practical financing mechanism.
