Abstract

This paper looks at several research articles which include discussions on the success and failures of mergers. Mergers continue to rise in number even though there is a lack of evidence showing positive results. Though failure rates for mergers are high, there is a large amount of research showing what organizations and more specifically leaders can do to ensure the success of mergers.
