The study was based on five institutional governance dimensions, which are: Disclosure, Justice, Responsibility, Independence, and Accountability. The Extent Of The Social Responsibility Of The Libyan And Palestinian Telecom Companies In Mitigating The Effects Of The Covid-19 Pandemic, Abdelrahman Rashwan, Suad Amarif

Jordan Journal of Applied Science-Humanities Series

The results of the study proved that the Libyan telecom companies did not contribute to mitigate the negative effects resulting from the Covid-19 by activating the role of social responsibility. This is evident through the respondents’ answers with a medium degree, where the general arithmetic average value was (3.08), and with a relative weight (61.69%). A standard deviation (0.85), and the significance level of Sig (0.686).
