The results of the study proved that the Libyan telecom companies did not contribute to mitigate the negative effects resulting from the Covid-19 by activating the role of social responsibility. This is evident through the respondents’ answers with a medium degree, where the general arithmetic average value was (3.08), and with a relative weight (61.69%).
