Guided by the Institutional Outcomes Mapping of a private university as the framework, this research assessed the achievement of how faculties are developed in the three core attributes: Training, Coaching, and Mentoring in the private tertiary institutions in Ghana.

An appreciative inquiry using theory of attractive quality was conducted to develop a Talent Management Model (TM) to attract and retain talents. The themes that emerged included transparency in recruitment, workforce diversity, institutional mission, values and image, and work environment.

Organizational communication has an impact on employees' choices to stay or quit a firm. There is a justification that organizational communication and employee work passion are inextricably linked.

This presentation will describe the FARM STEW Certified Home study and participants current health practices. The majority of the participants reported that they had a tippy tap (sink with soap or ash). Many had a garden growing fresh vegetables and were participating in the savings account/ VSLA.

It is a hypothetical position that employees in the hospitality industry in Ghana experience salary disparities based on the gender of the employee. Pay disparities exist because of unconscious biases in areas such as hiring, promotions, performance reviews, and salary decisions. This quantitative association study adopted a self-constructed research instrument to measure internal equity pay and randomly selected 350 respondents in the hospitality industry in Ghana to answer the research questionnaires.
