Purpose – This research paper has emphasized on the crucial impacts of social entrepreneurship (SE) on society, culture, and environment to shape a new horizon in the corporate world with a view to ensuring a sustainable development. Methodology -This paper first examines the socio-economic conditions of Bangladesh to identify the areas where the social entrepreneurs could play their vital roles for the sustainable development. It then develops a five-point Likert Scale Questionnaire containing thirteen factors which are related with the impact of SE on Culture, Society, and Environment.
