งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งเน้นพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดในการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบขนส่งด้วยกระบวนการกิจกรรมหลักด้านโลจิสติกส์ด้านการขนส่งและหลักความถูกต้อง ผ่านการทบทวนวรรณกรรมกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อที่จะสรุปปัจจัยหลักด้านโลจิสติกส์สำหรับกำหนดตัวชี้วัดที่เกี่ยวข้อง จากนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงได้พัฒนาตัวชี้วัดขึ้นจากแนวคิดและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องขึ้นก่อนนำไปสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและนำส่งแบบประเมินปัจจัยเพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของตัวชี้วัดให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมขนส่งของบริษัทจำนวน 10 คน เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของตัวชี้วัดที่พัฒนาขึ้น และประเมินลำดับความสำคัญตามค่าน้ำหนักของปัจจัย หลังจากนั้นจึงทำการทดสอบการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบขนส่งด้วยข้อมูลย้อนหลัง 1 ปีของบริษัท (พ.ศ. 2562) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตัวชี้วัดในการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบขนส่งที่เหมาะสม ประกอบด้วย 3 กิจกรรมหลัก คือ การสื่อสาร ขนถ่ายและบรรจุ และการขนส่ง มีกิจกรรมละ 5 มิติ ประกอบด้วย มิติของผลิตภัณฑ์ คุณภาพ สถานที่ เวลา และต้นทุน รวมทั้งหมด 15 ตัวชี้วัด โดยกิจกรรมหลักด้านโลจิสติกที่มีความสำคัญสูงที่สุดคือ กิจกรรมขนถ่ายและบรรจุ รองลงมาคือ การสื่อสาร และการขนส่งตามลำดับ ภาพรวมของการประเมินตัวชี้วัดการขนส่งบริษัทขนส่ง ABC เฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.72 คะแนน แม้ว่าการประเมินผลโดยรวมของบริษัทจะอยู่ในระดับดีมาก แต่กลับพบว่าในตัวชี้วัดระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยการส่งคําสั่งซื้อภายในองค์กรนั้นได้ คะแนนเพียง 2.0 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ดังนั้นบริษัทจึงควรให้ความสำคัญในการพัฒนาระบบการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรมากยิ่งขึ้นเพื่อลดผลกระทบและป้องกันปัญหาที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต

งานวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการเข้าใช้พื้นที่เชิงสร้างสรรค์ในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของการยอมรับนวัตกรรมเกมการเรียนรู้สำหรับพื้นที่เชิงสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมเกมการเรียนรู้พื้นที่เชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ศึกษาผลการใช้นวัตกรรมเกมการเรียนรู้ พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาในเชิงพาณิชย์ โดยในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นเชิงปริมาณ และเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม แบบเก็บข้อมูล การสัมภาษณ์เชิงกลุ่ม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนสามารถฝึกฝนทักษะต่างๆ ตามรายวิชาที่กำหนดไว้ในการสร้างเกมการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งคือผลโดยตรงจากการเล่น และผลโดยอ้อมของเกมการเรียนรู้นี้คือ การเกิดสังคมในการแข่งขันและแบ่งปันข้อมูลระหว่างนักเรียน โดยนักเรียนที่สามารถบังคับหรือควบคุมสิ่งต่างๆในเกมการเรียนรู้ได้คล่องแล้ว สามารถเป็นผู้ช่วยเพื่อนในการเล่นและค้นหาคำตอบ เกิดการแบ่งปันข้อมูลระหว่างนักเรียนด้วยกัน และหลังจากการเล่นเกม ผลจากการประเมินพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนโดยครูผู้สอนพบว่า เกมการเรียนรู้สามารถโน้มน้าวนักเรียนให้สนใจในการเรียนมากขึ้น เกิดความภูมิใจที่สามารถเล่นและแก้ปัญหาได้ ช่วยสร้างความคิดริเริ่มต่างๆให้กับนักเรียน ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาเนื้อหาที่ต้องการให้นักเรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ขอบเขตของรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนในวิชาการออกแบบและเทคโนโลยี เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการเชื่อมโยงกับเนื้อหาตามจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ พร้อมกับการกำหนดวิธีการในการเล่นเกมรูปแบบต่าง ๆ โดยผู้วิจัยพัฒนาเกมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ชุดเครื่องเล่นเสมือนจริง ซึ่งมอบสื่อสัมผัสให้กับนักเรียน 3 สื่อการรับรู้ ได้แก่ การมองเห็น การได้ยินเสียง และ การสัมผัส โดยหลังจากการทดสอบการใช้ พบว่า นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นสามารถเล่นเกมการเรียนรู้โดยที่มีการบริหารจัดการเวลาและตัวช่วย รวมถึงการจัดการอุปกรณ์ตกหล่น ได้ใกล้เคียงกับนักเรียนอาชีวะระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่า นักเรียนสามารถใช้ทักษะด้านความสามารถของบุคคลในการคิดแก้ปัญหา และฝึกการใช้ทักษะด้านการคิดหาคำตอบได้อย่างคล่องแคล่วรวดเร็ว โดยการที่นักเรียนสามารถประกอบชิ้นงานได้สำเร็จทันเวลา นอกจากนั้นแล้ว นักเรียนยังได้เรียนรู้การใช้เครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ต่างๆอย่างเหมาะสมและปลอดภัย ตามหลักสูตรสาระการเรียนรู้วิชาการออกแบบและเทคโนโลยีอีกด้วย

ผลกระทบเชิงลบจากการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 ต่ออาชีพต่างๆ ล้วนสร้างปัญหาต่อแต่ละกลุ่มอาชีพต่างกัน กลุ่มอาชีพนักดนตรีเป็นกลุ่มหนึ่งที่ได้รับผลกระทบอย่างรุนแรง การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพัฒนาการ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพการทำงานของนักดนตรีในภาวะโควิด 19 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบและการปรับตัวของนักดนตรีในภาวะโควิด 19 3) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการปรับตัวที่เหมาะสมของนักดนตรีในภาวะวิกฤติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาคือนักดนตรีที่ทำงานในช่วงเวลากลางคืนตามสถานบันเทิง ประกอบด้วยผับบาร์ ร้านอาหารกึ่งผับบาร์ สวนอาหาร เพื่ออธิบายถึงชีวิตความเป็นอยู่และผลกระทบที่ได้รับของนักดนตรีในช่วงโควิด 19 เลือกใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเอกสารร่วมกับการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกนักดนตรีจำนวน 7 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักดนตรีมีสภาพการจ้างงานที่ไม่เหมาะสม เช่น ไม่มีสัญญาจ้าง ขาดความมั่นคงทางรายได้ 2) ผลกระทบหลักจากการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 คือด้านการทำงาน โดยเฉพาะการมีรายได้ที่ลดลง จากการปิดสถานบันเทิงหรือปิดกิจการสถานที่ที่นักดนตรีไปทำงาน และรูปแบบการจัดงานดนตรีเปลี่ยนไป ทำให้นักดนตรีถูกลดงานหรือเกิดการเลิกจ้าง ผลกระทบด้านสุขภาพจิต เกิดความเครียดจากภาวะว่างงาน และผลกระทบด้านการดำรงชีวิตความเป็นอยู่โดยเฉพาะภาระค่าใช้จ่ายที่ยังเท่าเดิมหรือเพิ่มขึ้น ส่งผลให้ต้องปรับตัวในวิถีชีวิตแบบใหม่ และ 3) การว่างงานของนักดนตรีที่ส่งผลต่อเศรษฐกิจทำให้มีรายได้ไม่เพียงพอในการดำรงชีวิต เกิดแนวทางการปรับตัวด้วยการหาอาชีพที่สอง เช่น อาชีพขนส่งอาหารเดลิเวอรี่ ครูสอนดนตรี ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการร้านอาหาร และเกิดการเปลี่ยนเวลาการทำงานจากกลางคืนเป็นกลางวันเป็นการทำงานที่บ้าน (Work From Home) เช่นการทำงานลงเสียงดนตรี แต่งเพลง การแสดงดนตรีผ่านทางสื่อออนไลน์เช่นเฟชบุ๊ค (facebook) การฝึกฝนทักษะใหม่ๆเพิ่ม และการประหยัดร่วมกับการลดค่าใช้จ่าย ซึ่งนักดนตรีไม่มีความแตกต่างจากอาชีพอื่น เช่น รูปแบบการทำงานที่เปลี่ยนไป เกิดการประหยัด และ วางแผนอนาคตมากขึ้น

This study investigates the relationship between COVID-19-related pandemic fear and the short-term performance of initial public offerings in emerging markets. This paper investigates whether the short-term fear of COVID-19 continues to influence post-IPO performance. In doing so, the fundamental methodology is cross-sectional ordinary least squares (OLS) regression and numerous variables are included to the model as control variables. The results show that whether looking at the first-day trading price of an IPO or the subsequent trading prices, the effect of pandemic fear (GFI, RCI and RDI) was positive. This study test whether gold has a property of safe-haven asset during the COVID-19 pandemic by performing multivariate time series analysis against multiple asset classes (equity, fixed income, property fund and REIT, and BITCOIN). Dividing testing period into pre- (2015 -2019) and on-going COVID-19 period (2020), the result of long run cointegration test came out that gold is shown to have a cointegrating relationship only during COVID-19 and no cointegration during pre-pandemic. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาด้านการจัดซื้อเครื่องใช้สำนักงานของบริษัทขุดเจาะน้ำมันที่ดำเนินการในประเทศไทย เพื่อเสนอข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดซื้อเครื่องใช้สำนักงานของบริษัทขุดเจาะน้ำมันทั้ง 3 แท่นขุดเจาะของบริษัท ABC Drilling เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการจัดซื้อ (Purchasing Model) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพของบริษัท ABC Drilling และจัดทำ Organization Model ด้านการจัดซื้อจัดหา โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการจัดซื้อของปี พ.ศ.2563 เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลงานการจัดซื้อและใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อจัดทำข้อสรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การทำสัญญาจัดซื้อจัดหา (Fixed Price Agreement) ร่วมกับการทำประมูลแบบอัตโนมัติ (Automatic Bidding) ทำให้แท่นขุดเจาะที่ 1 สามารถประหยัดต้นทุน 5.39 % ส่วนแท่นขุดเจาะที่ 2 สามารถประหยัดต้นทุน 5.90 % และแท่นขุดเจาะที่ 3 สามารถประหยัดต้นทุน 8.03 % ดังนั้นเมื่อบริษัท ABC Drilling ทำสัญญาซื้อขาย (Fixed Price Agreement) ร่วมกับการทำประมูลแบบอัตโนมัติ (Automatic Bidding) จะทำให้บริษัทประหยัดต้นทุนโดยเฉลี่ย 6.44 % และผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ทุกรายเห็นด้วยว่าควรมีการจัดซื้อแบบไฮบริด (Hybrid Procurement) โดย 85.71 % คิดเห็นว่าสินค้าหมวดหมู่ A ซึ่งเป็นสินค้าที่มีการสั่งซื้อเป็นประจำ โดยมีการสั่งซื้อสินค้าตั้งแต่ 6 รายการขึ้นไป และมียอดสั่งซื้อตั้งแต่ 20,000 บาทต่อปี ควรมีระบบการจัดซื้อแบบรวมอำนาจไว้ที่ส่วนกลาง (Centralization Purchasing) 57.14 % คิดเห็นว่าสินค้าหมวดหมู่ B ซึ่งเป็นสินค้าที่หาซื้อได้ทั่วไป ราคาถูกควรมีระบบการจัดซื้อแบบรวมอำนาจไว้ที่ส่วนกลาง (Centralization Purchasing) และ 71.43 % คิดเห็นว่าสินค้าหมวดหมู่ C ซึ่งเป็นสินค้าที่มีความเฉพาะเจาะจงและต้องตรวจสอบควรมีระบบการจัดซื้อแบบกระจายอำนาจ (Decentralization Purchasing)

การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนในการขนส่งอาหารทะเลแช่แข็ง เพื่อหาทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุดในการขนส่งอาหารทะเลแช่แข็ง ระหว่างการจ้างบริษัทขนส่งและการทำการขนส่งด้วยตนเอง โดยจะมีการนำปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการการขนส่งอาหารทะเลแช่แข็งมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการตัดสินใจด้วย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยคุณภาพ ปัจจัยด้านเวลา และปัจจัยด้านต้นทุน ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการรวบรวมความคิดเห็นจากผู้บริหารของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา จำนวน 5 ท่าน ในการประเมินลำดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยหลักและปัจจัยรอง เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาผ่านการวิเคราะห์ด้วยหลักการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น (Analytic Hierarchy Process : AHP) ผลการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนในการขนส่งพบว่า การขนส่งด้วยตนเอง มีต้นทุนในการขนส่งที่มากที่สุด ส่วนการขนส่งด้วยตนเองผสมผสานกับการว่าจ้างบริษัทภายนอกจะมีต้นทุนในการขนส่งที่น้อยที่สุด ในส่วนของผลการวิเคราะห์จากหลักการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น พบว่า กลุ่มปัจจัยหลัก ปัจจัยคุณภาพมีลำดับความสำคัญมาเป็นลำดับที่ 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ยความสำคัญเท่ากับร้อยละ 68.19 ตามมาด้วยปัจจัยด้านเวลา และปัจจัยด้านต้นทุน มีค่าเฉลี่ยความสำคัญเท่ากับร้อยละ 17.30 และ 14.51 ตามลำดับ เมื่อนำผลการวิเคราะห์มาพิจารณาร่วมกันพบว่า ทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุดในการขนส่งอาหารทะเลแช่แข็ง คือ ทางเลือกที่ว่าจ้างบริษัทขนส่งตั้งแต่ต้นทางจนถึงปลายทาง โดยใช้บริษัทขนส่ง B Express มีผลคะแนนรวมอยู่ที่ 409.49 ตามมาด้วยทางเลือกที่ทางบริษัททำการขนส่งเองตลอดเส้นทาง จากนั้นเป็นทางเลือกที่เป็นการผสมผสานการขนส่งระหว่างทางบริษัทขนส่งเองและใช้บริการบริษัทขนส่ง และสุดท้ายเป็นทางเลือกที่ใช้บริการบริษัทขนส่งตั้งแต่ต้นทางจนถึงปลายทางการขนส่ง ในกรณีที่ใช้บริษัทขนส่งเป็นบริษัท A Express โดยมีคะแนนรวมเท่ากับ 405.74 336.72 และ 281.36 ตามลำดับ

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นบทนี้สร้างขึ้นมาเพื่อเป็นโครงการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยการเปรียบเทียบรูปแบบการขนส่งการขนส่งแผงวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในเส้นทางไทย-จีนในช่วง Covid-19 รูปแบบการขนส่งทางเรือ ทางอากาศ และการขนส่งทางรถข้ามแดนที่เป็นการขนส่งทางหลัก ไปที่ประเทศจีน ในช่วง Covid -19 โดยประเภทสินค้าที่จะทำการศึกษาจะเป็น สินค้าแผงวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่เปรียบเทียบการลดต้นทุนของการขนส่ง รวมถึงศึกษาประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการขนส่งในรูปแบบต่างๆ ซึ่งในช่วง Covid-19ที่ผ่านมาได้มีหลายปัจจัยที่ทำให้การขนส่งรูปแบบต่างๆเปลี่ยนแปลงไป เริ่มจากรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านการขนส่งในช่วงCovid-19 จากบริษัทกรณีศึกษาพร้อมกับศึกษาข้อมูลจากบริษัทผู้ขนส่งที่สามารถให้บริการได้หลากหลายรูปแบบเพื่อทราบถึงปัญหาในช่วงที่มีโรคระบาดเกิดขึ้นและศึกษาที่ต้นทุนค่าขนส่งแต่ละรูปแบบในช่วงCovid-19 และ ใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ความสำคัญของปัจจัยต่างๆโดยเก็บรวบรวมการให้น้ำหนักจากผู้ผลิตแผงอิเล็กทรอนิกส์โดยกำหนดปัจจัยสำคัญในการขนส่งมา4อย่างได้แก่ ต้นทุนการขนส่งที่ประหยัด ความถี่ในการขนส่งที่สูง ระยะเวลาในการขนส่งที่สั้น และปริมาณการขนส่งต่อรอบจำนวนมาก โดยให้คะแนนการขนส่งทางเรือมากที่สุดเมื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนแล้ว แต่เนื่องจากสถานณการณ์ Covid-19 ทำให้การขนส่งทางรถข้ามแดนทางบกมีบทบาทมากขึ้นเนื่องจากสามารถประหยัดต้นทุนรองลงมาจากทางเรือและมีระยะเวลาการขนส่งที่รวดเร็วมากกว่าพร้อมทั้งสามารถกำหนดรอบการวิ่งได้ถี่และมั่นคงมากกว่าทางเรือ ส่วนการขนส่งทางอากาศถึงจะมีต้นทุนที่สูงที่สุดแต่เป็นการขนส่งที่มีระยะเวลาที่รวดเร็วที่สุดจึงจำเป็นอย่างมากในการใช้เติมสายการผลิตที่เร่งด่วนที่ได้เกิดขึ้นบ่อยครั้งในช่วง Covid-19 โดยได้ใช้เครื่องมือการหาปริมาณหรือจำนวนการสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่เหมาะสม (Economic Order Quantity) ด้วยสมการทางคณิตศาสตร์ที่เหมาะสม รวมกับการให้คะแนนของทางอื่นปัจจัยอื่นที่มีผลกระทบต่อการจัดส่ง

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์เนื้อเลียนแบบจากโปรตีนทางเลือกจากพืชที่มีสมบัติเชิงหน้าที่ ซึ่งปัจจุบัน Plant-based Foods เป็นอาหารในกลุ่มโปรตีนทางเลือก (Alternative Protein) เป็นนวัตกรรมอาหารที่ได้รับความสนใจ เนื่องจากตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของผู้บริโภคได้หลากหลายไม่ว่าจะเป็นเทรนด์รักสุขภาพ และกระแสรักษ์โลกที่ให้ความสนใจในสวัสดิภาพสัตว์ด้วยความตระหนักถึงความยั่งยืนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ทำให้ผู้วิจัยมีความสนใจที่จะศึกษารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เนื้อเลียนแบบจากโปรตีนทางเลือกที่ผู้บริโภคเป้าหมายต้องการ ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีความสนใจในเรื่องสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวน 12 ราย และนำผลการศึกษาดังกล่าวมาออกแบบกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์เนื้อเลียนแบบจากโปรตีนทางเลือกเพื่อต่อยอดในเชิงพาณิชย์ โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบร่วม (Conjoint analysis) ในการวิเคราะห์ส่วนประสมทางการตลาด (Marketing mix) ได้แก่ แนวคิดผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product) ราคา (Price) ช่องทางกาารจัดจำหน่าย (Place) และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย (Promotion) จากการสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 100 ราย ผลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก พบว่า กลุ่มผู้ปริโภคเป้าหมายคาดหวังให้ผลิตภัณฑ์เนื้อเลียนแบบจากโปรตีนทางเลือกมีรสชาติ กลิ่นรสและเนื้อสัมผัสใกล้เคียงเนื้อสัตว์เสมือนจริง รับประทานหรือจัดเตรียมง่าย มีช่องทางการจำหน่ายหลากหลาย ราคาเทียบเท่าเนื้อสัตว์ปกติหรือแพงกว่าไม่เกิน 10-15% เมื่อพิจารณาการให้คะแนนอรรถประโยชน์รวม (Total utility) พบว่า กลยุทธ์การตลาดที่ได้รับค่าอรรถประโยชน์รวมมากที่สุด คือ ผลิตภัณฑ์ไส้กรอกไก่จากพืชพร้อมทาน มีแหล่งโปรตีนจากพืชตระกูลถั่วและมีแหล่งใยอาหารจากขนุนอ่อนเหมาะสำหรับผู้รักสุขภาพ (Healthy Food) และผู้ไม่บริโภคเนื้อสัตว์ จำหน่ายในราคาเท่ากับไส้กรอกไก่ปกติ ทางช่องทางออนไลน์ ผลศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงินจากการจ้างผลิต (OEM) แทนการจัดตั้งโรงงานผลิต ซึ่งจากการวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนทางการเงินในกรณีปกติ (Base case) โดยการคาดคะเนส่วนแบ่งตลาดที่ร้อยละ 7 พบว่า คุ้มค่าในการเลือกลงทุน เนื่องจากธุรกิจสามารถสร้างกำไร มีค่าอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) เป็นบวก และมีระยะเวลาในการคืนทุน (Payback Period) ในปีที่สอง

The purpose of this paper is to find the effect from SPAC sponsor after the merger announcement. I study SPAC IPOs which had acquiror and target nation in the United States and were public between January 2020 and December 2021. The final sample has 186 SPACs. I select The Forbes 400 in 2021 as a proxy for sponsor reputation. I use event study methodology to test for SPAC sponsors and their effects on SPAC prices. This paper examines the relationship between board gender diversity and firm value of companies in the Asia-Pacific from 2011 to 2020. Fixed effects and two-stage least squares are employed to deal with endogeneity. We find that increasing female directors to the board has a positive and significant effect on firm value as measured by Tobin’s Q. The result suggests that independent directors have a positive and significant impact on firm value. However, when the board is composed of independent directors, appointing female directors decreases the firm's value owing to over monitoring. This research explores the effect of government's COVID-19 response policy on stock market volatility. We explain the stock market volatility dynamics via the index that measures the strict level of government response’s policy to COVID-19. Using EGARCH (1,1) model to identify stock market volatility from daily stock market return of 68 countries and apply the Arellano–Bond two-step system GMM estimator for dynamic panel data analysis, we found that the stock market volatility in the COVID-19 period can be reduced by the government policy response to COVID-19. In this research, we study an announcement effect of Facebook Inc.’s rebranding to Meta Platform Inc. in October 2021, as a flagship event that sheds spotlight to the metaverse business, on 50 metaverse-related cryptographic tokens. Using Google’s CausalImpact package in R with historical daily returns within -30,7 windows, the model expects a 11.80% counterfactual CAR but the actual CAR is 69.20%, indicating a 57.40% absolute effect of this announcement on aggregate metaverse tokens at 99% significant level. We also further regress five factors, namely game-fi, marketplace, holders, illiquidity, and VC factor on the post-announcement CAR. However, the result is sparse. …

This study uses credit rating and daily short sale data of firms listed in NYSE from January 2015 to December 2021 to examine whether there is informed trading. Although post-announcement abnormal return is negatively correlated with abnormal short volume, no evidence of informed short selling is found. Higher level of pre-announcement abnormal short selling is positively correlated to default risk and also explained by the incentives of short sellers to short more when past returns are negative. We use the active peer benchmarks (APB) methodology suggested by Hunter et al. (2014) to capture commonalities or common idiosyncratic noise in fund strategies. These commonalities cannot be captured by the Carhart 4-factor model and it also decreases the accuracy in fund performance evaluation. Firstly, we examine the efficiency of the APB methodology compared with the Carhart 4-factor model. Then we also use the APB methodology to evaluate the performance of actively managed Thai open-end domestic equity funds from January 2006 through December 2020. This study examines the impact of institutional ownership and valuation on stock price around the changes in index constituents. Specifically, this paper studies the significant SET50 index during the period of 2014 – 2021. According to the empirical result, there is an asymmetric price response between index additions and index deletions. The effects from exclusions are considerably stronger than from inclusions. The findings also show that percentage ownership of institutional investors and abnormal return are positively correlated in case of exclusions but not for inclusions (though insignificant). The relationship among the ownership concentration, corporate governance, and firm risk are investigated in this study. The sample for this study include all the firm listed in Thailand Stock Exchange for the time period from 2010 to 2019. In this study, both direct and indirect relationship are investigated. The results shows that ownership concentration has positive significant effect on firm risk in the case of Thailand. The main explanation for this evidence is based on the socio-emotional wealth and limited liability feature of the listed firms. The objective of this paper is to investigate the impact of air pollution on stock returns in Thailand and Indonesia from January 1, 2016, to June 30, 2021. Further effects of air pollution on stock returns during the seasonal pollution period, full moon period, new moon period, and high pollution period are also studied. The result shows that a lagged day of air pollution proxy significantly reduces stock returns in Thailand. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ทางด้านต้นทุนในการลงทุนซื้อรถบรรทุกขนส่งสินค้าและบริหารงานขนส่งเอง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการใช้บริการจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่งอย่างที่ทำอยู่ในปัจจุบัน โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน มาใช้ในการประเมินการใช้ประโยชน์และความคุ้มค่าที่จะลงทุน การวิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ถึงความต้องการในการใช้รถบรรทุกขนส่ง 6 ล้อของปีพ.ศ. 2563 พบว่ามีการใช้งานในเขตพื้นที่ 4 จังหวัด คือ จังหวัด ชลบุรี สระบุรี ระยอง และพระนครศรีอยุธยา ซึ่งมีปริมาณการใช้งานมากน้อยแตกต่างกันไป ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ทำการแบ่งเป็น 4 โครงการ คือ โครงการที่ 1 ขอบเขตเฉพาะจังหวัดชลบุรี, โครงการที่ 2 ขอบเขตในจังหวัดชลบุรี และ สระบุรี, โครงการที่ 3 ขอบเขตในจังหวัดชลบุรี สระบุรี และ ระยอง และโครงการที่ 4 ขอบเขตในจังหวัดชลบุรี สระบุรี ระยอง และ พระนครศรีอยุธยาเพื่อประโยชน์ในการตัดสินใจเริ่มต้นโครงการซึ่งแต่ละโครงการมีจำนวนเที่ยวและลงทุนจำนวนรถไม่เท่ากัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปริมาณการใช้งานที่มากน้อยมีผลต่อความคุ้มค่าที่จะลงทุนรวมถึงผลตอบแทน และระยะเวลาคืนทุน ซึ่งทั้ง 4 โครงการอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่คุ้มค่าต่อการลงทุน แต่จะมีความแตกต่างกันออกไปในเรื่องของระยะเวลาคืนทุน ซึ่งโครงการที่ 1 ถึง 4 มีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 3 ปี 3 เดือน , 3 ปี 10 เดือน , 3 ปี 8 เดือน และ 3 ปี 2 เดือน ตามลำดับ นอกจากนั้น ปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีผลกระทบต่อความคุ้มค่าของโครงการในสถานะการณ์ปัจจุบันคือ ราคาน้ำมันดีเซลซึ่งมีความผันผวนและปรับราคาสูงขึ้น ผู้วิจัยจึงได้ทำการศึกษาในกรณีที่ราคาน้ำมันปรับราคาขึ้นถึง 35 บาทต่อลิตร ซึ่งทุกโครงการยังคงอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่มีความเป็นไปได้ และ มีความคุ้มค่าที่จะลงทุนซื้อรถบรรทุกขนส่งเอง

Today, many sellers use live streaming to directly present and sell fashion clothes to customers. The approach is very popular in Thailand because it is convenient, cost effective, and could reach a large number of customers. This research has made various academic and practical contributions. In terms of academic contribution, it explores live streaming shopping criteria that influence customer intention to watch and purchase fashion clothes.
