The COVID-19 pandemic has adversely affected many sectors, including the tourism sector. In this process, many tourism sector employees lost their jobs. Employees who lost their jobs did not return by turning to different sectors. This situation has revealed the lack of qualified personnel in the tourism sector. This study focuses on universities that provide qualified personnel to the tourism sector. The aim is to explore how the career plans of students who receive tourism education are affected after the COVID-19 outbreak. The research was carried out through an online survey in December 2021.
