The study aimed at identifying how family-owned retail businesses in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate dealt with the Corona crisis (Covid-19). The impacted areas demonstrated in the study are human resources and marketing. The study used the descriptive-analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a tool to collect data.
