Manufacturing industry continues to struggle due to the inability to fill scheduled orders as a result a depleted workforce. Now more than ever, the importance of sustaining a workforce is essential to the success or failure of an organization. Organizational culture initiatives such as job satisfaction, employee commitment, and employee motivation represent a pivotal addition to all organizations.
