The number of corporate debacles in recent history has been a great concern to the financial community. From Enron to Bear Stearns, the events have highlighted that greed, incompetence, and deception exist systemically. After these and other similar events, the importance of professional ethics intensified. The purpose of this project was to design and develop a model business ethics curriculum for high school students at Changhua Provincial Commercial High School in Changhua, Taiwan, (R.O.C.). To accomplish this purpose, current research and literature related to recent developments in business ethics curriculum and instruction was reviewed. Additionally, related information from selected schools with business ethics programs was obtained and analyzed.
