This article discusses the influence of public information services sourced from archives managed by archivists through the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) and the application of legislation to individuals/organizations that require public information according to the classification of information disclosure. This article can contribute to improving information services to the public in the context of implementing bureaucratic reforms to the public.
