Technology Within Cultures: Segmenting The Wired Consumers In Canada, France, And The Usa, Maria Petrescu, Aidin Namin, Marie-Odile Richard

This paper uses a state-of-the-art quantitative modeling approach to latent class analysis to analyze American, Canadian, and French consumers’ perception of technology-based products and their cultural values. It identifies hidden segments of consumers based on technology adoption propensity, cosmopolitan characteristics, and identification with the global consumer culture. The study emphasizes the diversity and variability between and among countries regarding localism, globalism, cosmopolitanism, and the global consumer culture. The Blockchain is a distributed database that is maintained as Blocks and contains all transactions or digital occurrences. These are the records of transactions that take place between parties.Blockchain blocks are kept as blocks and shared among participants. Each Block is examined, validated, and saved by the parties who are a part of the system/network, each brick is unique and contains the details of a single transaction as well as the transaction's hash key. The aim of study is to examine the impact of knowledge sharing tools (i.e., technology and organization rewards) on knowledge transfer in the Higher Education Institutions (HEIS) of Sindh, Pakistan. The study utilized quantitative method. The population of the study was the employees who are working in HEIs of Sindh Province. The cluster random sampling technique was implemented to collect primary data from 750 respondents. The survey method was used in questionnaire to collect the data from employees of HEIs.
