This project investigated analytical techniques used by organizations across many industries for HR functions, and how data analytical techniques can help HR departments work efficiently. The goal was to look into the obstacles and opportunities that companies have when using HR analytics as a tool in their businesses. Reducing traffic accidents is an essential public safety challenge all over the world; therefore, accident analysis has been a subject of much research in recent decades.
