The Effective Variable On Beliefs About Organ Donation, Sarah M. Brunhoeber

Limited research has been conducted over the beliefs affecting organ donation. The current literature that does exist offer conflicting results, especially concerning race and religion. A study at a university in the Midwest reported that there was a difference in support of organ donation between different races. This is the case throughout the literature. These factors leave organ procurement centers and society, in general, with little definitive information from which to draw conclusions.
