This is a social studies lesson for fourth and fifth graders on the Iroquois. . Through the lesson, students will understand where the Iroquois Tribe of the Eastern Woodlands lived in relation to modern day New York. Students will also be able to understand the practices, values, traditions, and daily life of the Iroquois tribe. In addition, students will understand the contributions these tribes have made to our nation today.
