We have only to read the daily press and magazine articles to realize the vital importance of education, particularly higher education, in all countries of the world today. Government, industry and private are spending greatly increased monies to meet this emergency. Money and facilities however can do nothing to stimulate the brains of students unless they possess understanding and good-will. Assumption like all Universities, is endeavouring to meet the need.
