Another academic year is just about over and I hope each of you has benefited a great deal. You, after all, are the persons by whom the outside world will judge this institution and we hope that wherever you may go you will carry with you the ideals, the learning and the character development which the Assumption staff has tried to inculcate. Like persons, institutions develop with the years. We also hope that the larger responsibilities, which Assumption is assuming in the university field, will manifest wisdom and understanding.
