This collection contains information about the first log home built in Little Rock, Arkansas, and the broad-axe that was used to build it. Letters to J. Kellogg from H.B. Chandler contain information about the cost and sale of this broad-axe, newspaper articles, one photograph of the axe, and an advertisement letter for the sale of the Daily Arkansas Press.
