This ledger includes information on surgeons from Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Texas, and letters from Richmond, Virginia, and Shreveport, Louisiana. The ledger includes a muster roll of the Ex-Confederate Association of Arkansas, Boone County Branch Society.
