The thesis paper mainly discusses the author's creative process of her thesis production- The Epic of A Woman, which collages the experiences of being Chinese women that the author has embodied with those that she witnessed. In analyzing the backstories behind the script and the aspects of design, the paper centers on unfold the approaches that the author used to portray how Chinese women became silent or consistently being silenced by a patriarchal society.
