Edgar Perez Peña (He, Him, His) is a Queer, Chicanx contemporary figurative painter, who lives and works in the Los Angeles County. A native of Los Angeles, California, his paintings, and assemblages are a strong combination of process, materials, and content that displays his fascination on how physical/psychological space (from where he resides), reflects on the Queer Brown body and its comfort/discomfort in relation to public and private space.

Wolfgang Harms is an artist from Nuremberg, Germany, who has not been studied at length in the recent past. This thesis explains why the artist is deserving of study. The first chapter is a biographical introduction to the artist and his early works. The following chapters discuss the importance of Nuremberg and mural painting to Harms. The final chapter will analyze the artist’s place in the historical context of Fantastic Realism and the history of art in general. over certain undecidedness these heartstring intimations is the culmination of a two-year-long abstracted cycle of textured conversation, internal eye contact, and endless playlist-making. Hemingway’s work is based in process-oriented reflections on habitual behavior, manifestation of sentiment, and sense of self. Her paintings draw inspiration from the ways in which we approach and avoid our internal and external routines – how degrees of our subconscious considerations affect how we extend ourselves to others.
