This paper discusses how the composition of minimalist digital advertisements of snacks can effectively promote positive consumer purchasing decisions through Blim–a brand created for the purpose of this research. Anito: Avatars of the Pearl is a collection of digitally illustrated character designs that personify the natural tourist attractions and endemic wildlife species in the Philippines to capture the recognition and improve the interest of Filipino teenagers on the natural resources of the country. Gayspeak is a queer argot that was formed to shield the Filipino LGBT community back when discrimination was rampant in the Philippines. Today, gayspeak can be observed in the vocabulary of people that are not part of the LGBT community which shows progress in tolerance. Despite this, the fight for queer equality has still not been achieved. This paper explores the adaptation of gayspeak by the mainstream by interviewing non-LGBT users of gayspeak and gathering the perceptions of the LGBT community towards them. The COVID-19 Pandemic officially started in March 2020 when the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a lockdown globally. As COVID-19 cases started to rise, so did mental health cases. WHO stated that 60% of adolescents and children struggled with their mental health, resulting in new challenges they encountered. Welcome Home is an interactive visual novel set in a Filipino context that presents the adolescents’ new challenges and their behavior during the pandemic. Tigilan Mo Nga! is a zine inspired by Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in a Filipino household as well as the manifestation and effects of obsessive-compulsive disorder. The purpose of this zine is to further and fully understand the OCD experience. It is told from the perspective of a young Filipino with OCD. Data from two written interviews that were accomplished by an OCD patient and a BS Psychology Major were used as inspiration for illustrations in the zine. Overall, the zine includes themes of stigma, OCD in a Filipino household, and compulsions.

Animal adoption is not given much attention in the country, and certain stigmas are surrounding such topics.
