WARM’s focus in this issue is on competition and its impacts on personal and professional life. Within this issue is a conversation between the women on the WARM Journal Committee entitled “Dividing the Pie” which discusses women and societal images. There were compositions on competition, artwork, and poems followed by a calendar of events.
