Este estudio trata sobre el diseño decorativo e iconográfico textil y vestimentario tradicional de los pueblos de San Pablo, de Tinta y de Marangani de la provincia de Canchis (Cuzco, Perú). El sistema vestimentario indígena tradicional de estos pueblos está conformado por piezas vestimentarias tejidas, unkuña y poncho, que permiten identificar el grupo étnico y el lugar de procedencia de los portadores. Las otras piezas vestimentarias están adornadas suntuosamente por el bordado con máquina de coser. El vestido indígena tradicional de estos pueblos es famoso por el bordado con máquina.
