The issue of December 1931 included a short essay from Mrs. Danforth, RISD president about the Aims for the School and the RISD Museum. There were ads for local businesses, short stories, and club and school news.

The Student Designer was a student-run monthly newspaper published between 1929 and 1932. The issue of May 1931 included a brief essay from Royal Bailey Farnum, educational director at RISD to RISD seniors. Stories, a poem, a photo of the Senior Class of 1931, ads for local businesses and school news was also included.
