Leadership Modeling: Christian Leadership Development Through Mentoring As Informed By Social Learning Theory, Kevin S. Hall

Leadership development is essential to training up healthy, effective leaders. Modeling leadership in relationship with others is a key approach towards developing leaders. It concludes that Barnabas and Paul played a crucial role in the pastoral formation of their mentees.
