The collection consists of the Charles E. Cone Realty Company records from 1926 to 1957 the bulk of which cover the post-war period under ownership of Robert Moore Benson. Materials include correspondence, real estate agreements, plats, and maps of Statesboro, Georgia. Additional documents pertaining to the Charles E. Cone Insurance Company and the Benson Insurance Company are also included which contain information about rates, community committees, and soil conservation regions.

Photographs by college staff made (for the most part) after the move to the Southside campus in 1964/1965. Portraits of faculty form the largest part of the collection, also photos of: campus, buildings, students, staff, and events on campus. Especially: graduation, sports and beauty pageants. Some of the photos were published in The Geechee, Armstrong’s yearbook for 1967 and 1968, the yearbook was used to help identify the persons photographed.
