This paper will review the steps the students took to provide Hope's Village of SLO with a new charging cabinet. Hope's Village of SLO is a local non profit that provides support for the central coast homeless community. Becky Jorgensen, who leads the organization, reached out to the students expressing her want for a new cabinet that people could use to charge their phones and tablets. The students then conceptualized the design with the help of an architecture student, applied for and received funding from the Alliance Group, purchased all materials and built the cabinet. El presente trabajo de grado desarrolla una investigación y propuesta con base a los análisis realizados en la zona conurbada del sur de la ciudad, se plantea generar un concepto de “Territorio sustentable”, con el fin de rescatar y preservar las dinámicas económicas, sociales y culturales del sector campesino históricamente afectado por el conflicto armado en Colombia. Low enrollment and the decrease in graduation and retention rates are challenges facing the growth of the Master’s in Technology Management – Construction Management (MTM-CM) program at BGSU. In addition, the competition between the universities to enroll and retain more in-state, out-of-state, and international students is aggressive. There is a need for a revaluation for the MTM-CM program in order to attract more students in the future.
