This research is in direct relation to the accompanied thesis proposal conducted within the Department of Architecture by author, Michael Phaff, under the guidance of thesis Advisor, Marietta Monaghan. Upon examining local problems with urban fabric, a site and a cause to resolve has been identified. Examining the urban disconnect and architecturally related history and projects, this capstone addresses a condition not yet publicly identified of the site, sound quality of the pedestrian experience in a high traffic environment.
