Bike share programs inevitably start in central business districts but often don’t reach neighborhood and core service destinations. How can bike share programs better serve communities? Michiana Area Council of Governments, partnering with the City of South Bend, launched a new dockless bike share program in July 2017 that aims to create a truly accessible network of bikes.
