For my senior project I participated in the Getting LA to Net Positive Competition for Innovation in Design competition which is part of the living building challenge. The Living Building Challenge™ is a building certification program, advocacy tool and philosophy that define advanced measure of sustainability in the building environment. The Challenge is comprised of seven performance categories called Petals: Place, Water, Energy, Health & Happiness, Materials, Equity and Beauty.
