The most crucial factors of the indoor environment performances in the museum are the staffs and visitors perception towards sick building syndrome and indoor environment quality. Besides, one of the methods used to investigate the satisfaction level on the indoor environmental performance is Post Occupancy Evaluation. The respondents are the visitors and staffs of the National Museum and Perak Museum and these museums are selected as the case study in this study.
