These steps are cleaning up your body, eating smart, and exercising. So, with limited time and space I want to make some very simple recommendations that could save our lives, or at least add years to it. While it is true that you may be able to lose weight through exercise alone, you will be able to achieve your target weight much faster if you eat sensibly and in accordance with your goals.
