A massive improvement of Belo Horizonte's transportation infrastructure would not only improve the quality of life of the residents of this important metropolitan area, it would positively change the course of Brazil and Iberian America's future by creating a new economic engine, enabling business and enterprise while providing opportunities and prosperity to millions. Belo Horizonte - much like the Dallas - Fort Worth metropolitan area in the Unites States and the Madrid metropolitan area in Spain - have many similarities.
