When thinking about planning residential neighborhoods, they usually plan for a service purpose and to cover the housing need without taking into account social life, as Kreidis[1] mentioned that the traditional planning (network) pattern highlighted many social problems and the scarcity of spaces led to a decline in public life and affected the population negatively.
