Urban forms emerged in many unplanned locations as a result of the phenomenon of chaotic urban expansion brought on by population growth and without restrictions, which led to the existence of neglected slum areas that became marginalized and were not subject to the planned and studied urban. These regions are characterized by economy, social and environmental decline. This is what made the state turn to creating important investment projects next to some of these areas as an attempt to develop those areas, solve their problems, and help in their growth and development.
