This plan was prepared by the staff of the Institute of Urban Studies and represents its suggestions for the development of the Institute during the period 1970-1976. The objective in preparing the plan is primarily to provide a general guide for state government and university officials who will make the policy and budgetary decisions which determine the future role of the Institute and the scope of its activities.
