The Urban waterfronts of submerged heritage cities hold significant cultural and natural value that necessitates preservation. However, these sites suffer from a disconnection between nature and culture in heritage conservation practices, negatively impacting heritage sites, ecosystems, and human well-being. Biophilic urbanism offers a valuable tool to address this gap, creating healthier cities. This paper explores how to implement biophilic urbanism elements in conserving urban waterfronts of submerged heritage cities.
