Efforts Are Made to Extend the Flexibility-Based Damage Localization Methods, Especially the Damage Locating Vector (DLV) Method, to the Case of Ambient Vibration with Incomplete Measured Degree of Freedom, Where Flexibility Matrices Are Not Available.
