The research raises urgent substantive issues related to finding foundations for the promotion and improvement of energy efficiency in buildings and structures. This research reviews a number of methodological solutions to improve the thermal protection properties in the exterior walls of brick buildings and discusses the issues of improving the use of high-tech facade systems, with a view to maintaining the quality of the indoor climate in the building spaces with minimal energy.
