An open economy and a supportive environment encourage researchers to research this phenomenon. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of innovation on firm performance and the moderating role of ownership concentration. This research is quantitative research with an associative explanatory approach. The sample used is 821 observational data from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and moderate regression analysis. Introduction. Resident educational activities vary from institute to institute, with daily noon conferences or weekly academic half-day (AHD) models where dedicated protected time is available for resident teaching. The COVID-19 pandemic limited in-person educational activities, forcing residency programs to move toward virtual options, including the academic half-day (AHD). This survey-based cohort study aimed to understand residents' perception of virtual versus in-person AHD for educational activities during residency.

In this dissertation I study the relationship between trade and economic growth, with a focus on developing economies. I specifically provide a critical review of the consensus view in trade and growth, according to which a liberal trade regime is generally the best policy stance to promote growth. In the first essay of this dissertation, I provide evidence that the relationship between trade policy and growth may depend on economic structure: tariff reductions are followed by higher levels of GDP per capita for manufacturer countries, but lower levels for nonmanufacturers. This paper provides a theoretical explanation for the “black box” between “going green” and organizational performance and links individual-level behaviors with organizational-level outcomes. We argue that the adoption of an environmental sustainability strategy and high involvement green human resources management practices will have the intended impact of increasing employee green creativity and the unintended impact of increasing employee general creativity. As well, we suggest that employee green values moderate these relationships. Furthermore, the positive effects on employee creativity (green and general) are theorized to increase organizational innovation, which positively impacts organizational performance. Inventions and innovations have the potential to change lives.¹ Perioperative nurses strive for improved patient care² and are well positioned to develop creative and innovative solutions to clinical challenges faced when caring for patients in the perioperative environment. Fluid leakage during percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) surgery poses risks to both patients³ and staff. The PCNL drape was developed by a collaborative perioperative team to reduce these risks and improve the quality of care provided to patients.

The objective is to go beyond measuring entrepreneurship intentions or mindset through surveys, and instead analyse actual career data to assess the impact of entrepreneurship education. The study utilises shared user data and employs GPT (Generative Pretrained Transformer) models to infer entrepreneurial activity that extends beyond job titles, delving into the specific responsibilities and achievements associated with each position.

This study identifies sustainable companies in the engineering industry in Germany and investigates their engagement in innovation ecosystems based on varying collaborative formats and transfer pathways. To this end, 200 medium and large companies were interviewed. For the analysis of the data, the study operationalised sustainability and identified sustainable companies based on responses concerning their environmental, social, and economic performance. These results were then cross-referenced with activities within innovation ecosystems. Results are consistent with the state of research and indicate that sustainable companies are more engaged in innovation ecosystems than non-sustainable companies. We studied a sample of 243 university professors in Mexico to analyze the player profiles with which they identify and those they consider most effective didactically in gamified situations.

This research study, using institutional theory as a framework, examines the role of superintendents in promoting and impacting innovation in Virginia's public schools. The study engaged fourteen current Virginia superintendents in semi-structured interviews, exploring their perspectives on fostering an innovative culture within their school districts. Three primary themes emerged from the research: defining innovation, the role of superintendents in leading innovation, and the challenges and barriers to innovation. Generally, the findings highlight that innovation fundamentally involves thinking differently, finding creative solutions, and bringing about meaningful organizational improvements.
