Despite breakthroughs and improvement in cervical cancer (cercancer) management strategies over the years, racial and geographical disparities on 5-year relative survival rates (RSRs) persist. Studies showed black women have higher mortality rates than white women with the majority of deaths occurring among women above age 45. The aim of this cross-sectional study was to investigate the predicting abilities of race and residence on 5-year RSRs by stage at diagnosis and the potential effect on survival probability in the early stage of cercancer for women above 45 years living in Georgia. The purpose of this basic qualitative study was understanding what types of instruction small business owners and their employees required to fill a gap in learning necessary skills to launch and maintain social media marketing campaigns. Nationally, economic developers are concerned about all industry sales as a symbol of the economic advantages featured in regional business production. AbstractThe 2007 Head Start Reauthorization Act mandated that all Head Start teachers have at least an associate degree and 50% of teachers within each Head Start program should have a baccalaureate degree in early childhood education. The problem addressed in this study was that Head Start teachers from a Midwestern region encountered barriers as they pursued higher education to meet mandated requirements to continue employment. Business executives risk higher healthcare costs and absenteeism rates without implementing cost-effective strategies to support wellness within the organization. To offset rising healthcare costs and absenteeism, executives should implement wellness programs as a component of the benefits package provided to their employees and families.
