In this study we analyzed the effect of happiness on performance at work has become a critical field of study as the significance of employee well-being and organizational success has become more widely acknowledged. This study intends to investigate the link between happiness in the workplace and productivity. The objective of this study is to examine the available literature and empirical data to offer a thorough knowledge of how workplace happiness affects many areas of performance. This research aims to study the relationship and impact between the application of managerial innovation and the strategy of entrepreneurship in terms of (creativity, offensive competition, proactive, and risk-taking) in the Palestinian Islamic Development Company as a case study. The research followed the descriptive analytical method, based on the methodology of modeling structural equations through the use of the Advanced Statistical Analysis Program (Smart PLS3) to test the study hypotheses.
