Wesley F. Diedrich First World War Correspondence Collection
This collection contains 69 letters written by Wesley F. Diedrich to his parents during the First World War. Diedrich served in the 27th company of the American Expeditionary Forces. In the first half of the collection, Diedrich described his training and other happenings at Camp Logan in Houston, Texas. In the second half of the collection his division went to Europe and he described cities and locations they visit. The collection also contains six maps, four war pamphlets, six newspaper and magazine clippings, and three photographs.

Under Communication it contains a simmering dispute between male-female students over a previous article published by a co-ed critiquing. In "Peace Contest," the large of snow did not deter people from attending the Peace Oratorical contest. "Kappas Entertain," is about Beta Gamma Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma entertaining a dinner at the home Lucy Kinney.

A thesis presented to the faculty and trustees of the University of Maine for the attainment of the degree of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Orono, Maine, June 1907. A study of methods employed in growing and handling the potato crop compared with those of other large potato-producing states including Michigan, New York, Colorado, Vermont, Wyoming, and others.
