Abstract: Marx thinks that capitalism is exploitative, and that is a major basis for his objections to it. But what's wrong with exploitation, as Marx sees it? (The paper is exegetical in character: my object is to understand what Marx believed,) The received view, held by Norman Geras, G.A. Cohen, and others, is that Marx thought that capitalism was unjust, because in the crudest sense, capitalists robbed labor of property that was rightfully the workers' because the workers and not the capitalists produced it. The Interdependent Morality Directive: An Extension of the Animal Rights and Environmental Ethics Debate offers a foundation that seeks to reconcile the contending arguments from the animal rights and the environmental ethics schools of thought. By constantly emphasizing the interdependency of all members of the biosphere, the Interdependent Morality Directive offers a unique perspective concerning how humans can learn to interact with the Earth's varied and diverse life forms. The Bill of Rights, The Framers, and the Ninth Amendment is an examination of current arguments for and against expanded recognition of the Ninth Amendment and unenumerated rights by the judiciary. A brief history of the Ninth Amendment is included. Also explored are the debates between the Federalists and Anti-Federalists on the need for a bill of rights, and how the Ninth Amendment could resolve this conflict.

From a historical perspective this research project will identify and explore the current legislation and regulations that apply to gaming advertising. The research begins with the first laws enacted to govern the Louisiana lottery in the late 1890s and their application and development over the following 105 years; The project focuses on the additional Federal and State restrictions implemented in order to govern this growing industry in the United States.
