The purpose of this study is to examine the existing literature on ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) injuries as it pertains to gender. The study identifies current strategies for prevention of such injuries and outlines existing thinking on injury prevention programs.

This study is a meta analysis of existing studies of reading paradigms and reading programs in five Southern California cities. It compares median household income in these cities to test scores. The study aslo presents the the theoretical frameworks of the influences of Jean Piaget and Lev Vygotsky on American education and poverty. Additionally, this study is to find out if one reading paradigm is better than another in relationship to its ability to help students improve test scores. This project focused on the development of a group of web pages that provided support to students enrolled in Biology and Advance Placement Biology classes at Colton High School. It was developed using a modified user-centered methodology. It incorporated streaming audio technology to assist student in the completion of assignments.
