The authors discuss the plan for building an incremental, multi-year information literacy program at the University of Rhode Island. Report of the Electronic Information Resources Task Force of the University of Rhode Island Libraries. The report outlined a set of twelve recommendations related to Web-based access to electronic indexes and journals.
