Background: Body image dissatisfaction may lead to the practice of imbalanced diet to achieve the desired body weight. This study aimed to determine the association between body image perception and food intake among undergraduate students.

Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on the data of 155 students from three faculties located at National University of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. Assessments included demographic data, body mass index, Contour Drawing Rating Scale, and 3-day food records.

This study examines what happens when a defined normal, in the sociocultural context of western civilization, does not align with women’s diverse experiences of their bodies throughout their reproductive lifespan. The study explores women’s frequent negative affects surrounding their reproductive bodies driven by western culture’s societal definition of normal. Mental illness is a psychological impairment involving emotions, cognitions, and behaviors, and its prevalence is increasing worldwide. Dental students may encounter patients with underlying psychological problems during their training. Objective: To evaluate dental students’ perception, attitude, and willingness to interact with patients with mental illness. Methods: A multi-center cross-sectional study was conducted involving undergraduates at three dental institutions in Malaysia using an online self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive data analysis was conducted and statistical analysis using chi-square test was done for associations (p < 0.05). Thermal perception during exercise is known to influence endurance performance and the onset of fatigue. L-menthol, an organic compound derived from peppermint, evokes a cooling sensation through its action on TRPM8 channels which also respond to cold stimuli. Recent work identified that the internal application of menthol-enhanced fluids can be ergogenic during exercise in the heat. Hence, the addition of menthol to energy gels may be practical and beneficial for athletes. This qualitative ethnographic paper analyzes women’s perceptions of whether their beauty is utilized to achieve certain ends in Pakistani society. It highlights the objectification of the female body particularly in the field of academia and various job sectors. Female participants were both students and professionals. The age range of study participants included late adolescents (aged 18-24) and early adults (24-34) from the area of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Pakistan. This paper aims to examine the nature of the relationship between Machiavellian leadership perception and employees’ opportunistic behaviors, with the moderating role of moral identity. The study was conducted over a two years period, in which, a simple random sample was used with 295 questionnaires distributed on the employees of different service industries in Bahrain. Descriptive analysis, Simple and multiple regressions were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Although the use of e-cigarettes is new compared to conventional cigarettes, the rate of use is increasing rapidly. E-cigarettes, unlike traditional cigarettes, are not subject to marketing limits. The relationship between e-cigarette advertisement exposure and e-cigarette perception, susceptibility, and usage in a sample of highly educated adults is investigated in this research. In early 2020, with the breakout of COVID-19, almost all the world institutions shifted to online learning and teaching. Besides the shortcomings, new learning and teaching method was introduced globally. 48 Omani participants of this study were the first batch of learners who have experienced online learning and teaching for the first time in their life. La lecture reste toujours une façon de se faire plaisir et de se cultiver mais aussi une compétence nécessaire et fondamentale pour apprendre une langue étrangère. Les textes écrits sont par ailleurs un moyen de communication dans la langue cible.

Nous essayons de définir les notions de base comme la lecture, les principes didactiques de la compréhension des langues et la compréhension écrite. Nous montrons dans notre article les objectifs à atteindre pour enseigner la compréhension des textes; en définir les objectifs linguistiques, formatifs, culturels et interculturels.
