The purpose of this paper is to introduce a class session evaluation tool which was developed as an aid to the faculty of the RN-to-BS Degree Completion (RN-BS) Section offered by the Baccalaureate Degree Program in the Department of Nursing at St. Catherine University. In the past year, several changes were made to the RN-BS Section which included the transition from trimesters to semesters as well as a change to a hybrid format.
