Santa Cruz County Friday Night Live (FNL) is a youth development program that aims to reduce youth access to alcohol and educate the community on impaired driving incidences. Impaired driving among teens and young adults is a significant concern in Santa Cruz County and youth access to alcohol is an important risk factor. This capstone consists of the implementation of the On-Sale Responsible Alcohol Merchant Awards.
